I moved to the Orlando area back in 2015 to attend college at the University of Central Florida. While there I changed my major many times from Pre-Veterinary to Marketing. I ended up completing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Integrated Business! I graduated in May of 2019 with an add on of a Non-Profit Management Minor.
After graduation I decided that I wanted to go the entrepreneurial route and became a licensed Real Estate Agent. With 7+ years of working experience in multiple industries, I felt that I could use the skills that I acquired in this new field. I absolutely love working with people and helping them through some of the biggest decisions in life! With Real Estate, I feel that I can do this because buying/selling a home can be life changing for most and I have the ability to make the process as smooth as possible.”

Let me begin by introducing myself, my name is Muhammad Yahya Chhotani. But, people call me Yahya for short. I am a licensed realtor in the state of Florida. I have lived in Florida for the past 3 years and absolutely love it. Growing up, fishing has been one of my most favorite hobbies and now I live in the fishing capital of the world! I am very grateful and fortunate to be able to live a life doing the things that I love including my hobbies and work.
I have been working in sales for about 15 years now. Currently, I am pursuing my passion of work in the real estate world. On Sunday mornings I love kayaking, it is quite refreshing and a great way to clear the mind. It also makes me feel less guilty about eating pancakes later haha.
